Haven't had time to try it personally, but had a co worker say he don't think it was possible. I disagreed stating I know I can run regular VM's (Windows 10 without issue) so running a lightweight vagrant box shouldn't be an issue.

So I was just wondering if anyone have tried it with the latest rMB yet and how well did it perform -> vagrant up and destroy?

Obviously not as fast as my MacBook Oro, but given that I dont destroy often, it's ok to resume

I'm using the MacBook 2016 M7 and vagrant seems to work fine, I'm using Laravel Homestead in particular and I don't seem to encounter any problems. I'd imagine that the M5 would work just as well, considering they both have 8GB of RAM.
