Anyone uninstall any apps because of Yosemite?

    I uninstalled Alfred. Not yet certain Alfred's status will remain uninstalled. But Spotlight is so incredibly gorgeous, I thought I'd give her a proper drive.

    For all the prettiness of Spotlight, Alfred has a lot more functionality. You can, of course, use both. Also be aware that every search term you type into Yosemite's Spotlight gets sent on the Internet, who knows where. It isn't secure.

    There is an Alfred beta out to address Yosemite issues if you want to give it a shot.

    I uninstalled iStat Menus. It's practically unreadable with the dark theme and the drop downs don't play nice with transparency. I'll rein install it when presumably they update the app.

    Silverlight (I guess it's actually a plugin). Don't need it now that Netflix streams using HTML 5 in Yosemite.
