Anyone update their Mac Mini 2012 to El Capitan with no issues?

Saw that some people online having problems with their 2012 Mac Minis such as USB 3 ports not working optimally after upgrading to El Capitan. Anyone here upgrade their 2012 Mac Minis with no issues?

My 2012 Mac mini server was updated to El Capitan on day of release and also had the upgrade to 10.11.1.

i have a USB 3 disk connected to it which is used everyday as a Crashplan backup destination. I have not seen any problems.

No real issues here. It was an upgraded installation from Mavericks. I noticed some graphical issues on the login screen and with the Notification Center, but those have since been remedied once I maxed out the RAM to 16 GB.

I'm planning on doing a fresh installation once I make my SSD upgrade in a month or so.

Before I sold it, I had El Cap on my 2012 Mini for several weeks without any issues.
