The PS and SGP Clears are so good, you can't tell its there. Why take the risk of ruining the front screen? I'm careful with my iPhone, but already the plastic shields have gotten a scratch that I can feel with my fingers. I have no idea how it got there, since I'm very careful with it. The new glass is suppose to be resistant, not scratch proof.

hows the phone holding up without the protector? I am real careful with my phone and am trying to figure out whether it scratches from putting in and out of pocket of jeans

Really well actually. I am quite surprise as I'm not real easy on my phone. :p.

After I typed out the first post I made a trip to the att store to buy headphones and they had a buy two get a screen protector of your choice, free. So I now have a zagg because it was free. :p

I tried the Zagg. It was just a dust magnet. Plus the thing is so thick and rubbery, it never felt smooth. It was like tacky rubber, and I left it on for days and days. Wiping it down and cleaning to get it to break in. Never did and always felt rubbery.... Took it off and now use Steinheil and have extra sets of PS clear.

I used to have the Zagg. I had it installed at Best Buy and I hated it! It was easily scratched by pencils and if anything was left on it for a long time it left an impression of the object on the screen. I hated it and just went with the screen shields that come with my Switcheasy cases. I think they are pretty great! They have a slight rainbow effect but WAY better than Zagg.

The screen is pretty resilient. I used mine for 8 months without a screen protector and only had one tiny scratch that looked like a piece of hair. I just recently put a PS SP on mine so I didn't have to be SO particular about scratches. I can rest easy now!:D

It's preference, really. If you don't mind the rubber feeling on the screen, sure it's good. If you want a feel near the naked glass then a crystal screen shield is your best bet. Nothing feels as smooth as the glass though. My power support crystal has a slight drag to it.

i have one on. i went from PS Crystal to PS Anti-glare. i switched from Crystal because i could not stand all the finger prints i was collecting :(
