Anyone use Air Video remotely?

I'm having problems getting this to work. Can anyone suggest a tutorial to set this up? It says I have a double NAT issue. I have and airport extreme set up with a guest account, is that the issue? Does that mean that I have to get rid of the guest network to accomplish this or is there a work around?

I've gotten it to work remotely. I don't know anything about double NAT though.

Have you tried doing it using the server PIN? That's how I got it to work with my iPhone. I don't yet have an iPad, but I'm guessing it works the same way. Of the top of my head I forget where you find the PIN (it's written somewhere on the server on your Mac). But when you find it, you set up a new connection using that PIN on the iPad app.

I couldnt get it to browse my server over 3G so tried manually entering the server pin. Worked likeva charm.
