Anyone using a Cowon J3 with the Macbook?

I can't get my Cowon j3 to sync from Mac IOS or VX Win7.
Do any of you use the Cowon Music Player. Its widely know as on of the best sounding devices available. I just can't get it to work on One of the best laptops available.
