Anyone using a Mediasonic Homeworx HW-150PVR

Hello everyone,
Just wondering if anyone was using a Mediasonic Homeworx HW-150PVR and if so, was it good at pausing live tv? I only want a device to pause live tv and don't care about recording shows but care about the $$$$. Other options are over $200.00 while the Mediasonic is around $40.00.

Any help would be great.

We're going to go back to the PVR150 when we cut the cord. I did try using a thumb drive for DVR and pausing live video, and it worked as well as the Homeworx forums said - which is to say very poorly. I'm going to try it with a hard drive once we go back and am expecting it to be fine.
