I just clean installed Windows 7... what plugin should I install?

IE8 does not have the same problem.

Adobe Flash. http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

What has happened, is that the IE plugin is installed, rather than the general, system-wide plugin. Just download it through Chrome and it will work. 🙂
