I didn't even bother installing sbsettings for this recent jailbreak. Went straight to NCsettings and haven't looked back! Devs did a great job with this app, here's to more updates to make it a little richer!

Why doesn't he add more toggles or the option to add more

Like bitesms,gvsend,3gunrestrictor and more

I'm sure in time there will be more features, but the app is free and I'm sure donations would be a nice little incentive to work on it more ;)

The dev recently tweeted he's most likely gonna stop focusing so much time on ncsettings. He said don't expect many more toggles, if any.

Sbsettings should just do what google & apple does , buy smaller companies out

Sbsettings should take over ncsettings & just add it as an option with more toggles of course

what a waste of a good way to make money...
i would've added the option of adding toggles yourself if i knew how

Personal Hotspot

This has been updated to include a Personal Hotspot toggle.

From the developer:

Sorry, preferences may be lost again. I just cannot seem to fix this bug. The preferences have to be accessed upon install because new toggles need to be added to the enabled list, otherwise a reset would be required, due to the way toggle capability assesment works. Toggles are only seen if they are capable (applicable for that device) when settings are built from scratch, this cuts down on code that would otherwise run every time you use NCSettings.

So, when you install the update you may have to re-configure your setup. If you want a Personal Hotspot toggle, though, it's a small price to pay.

For all those looking for NCSettings add-on/tweak for date, IP address, storage, RAM AND kill background AND free up memory, plus more... you want to install NCInfo. It cost $1 and it does all of the above and more. It integrates into NC and looks super smart and does all what SBSettings does.
You can even resize font and change font colour :)

Just to add, the date is not in the status bar but in NC. This isn't a problem for me though as it's pretty easy just to swipe NC down and see the date.

Now NCSettings is perfect :D

Have used NC Settings since it came out. Excellent. Don't need all the extras SBSettings provides. Springtomize covers what I need for that. Definitely a must whenever I jailbreak.

Another tweak similar to this is OmniStat for Notification Center and it is free. It's worth checking out as well. :)

Anyone else seeing NCSettings icons missing from time to time? They seem to reappear without a respring but for reasons unknown... (I'm using LockInfo if that matters)

I'm using both Lockinfo and NCSettings on my 4S 5.1.1. I have not seen this problem. I'll keep my eye out and let you know if I run into it but I've never experienced it. What other tweaks do you have installed which might interfere?

Thanks, appreciate any input as this is slightly annoying. CleverPin, BiteSMS, MapReminder and FakeClockUp but would be surprised if they affected this but I'ill try w/o one tweak at a time to see if this makes a difference.
