I've used PdaNet to tether my MBP with my Droid for several years and it worked flawlessly until I got a new MBP in July and upgraded to ML. Now it will still connect, but only if I do so immediately after I restart my Mac. If I try to connect it after my Mac has been up and running for even 5 minutes, I get an error message. I've sent two help requests to the PdaNet people and they responded promptly both times, but their suggestion (uninstall and reinstall the program) didn't help. So I was just wondering if anyone else who uses PdaNet on Mountain Lion is having similar issues. Thanks!

I just upgraded to ML and have the same problem now, although I can't connect at all. Even within the 5 minute period you mention. I read somewhere that this happened when Lion was released, so it is probably just a case of wait till they update it.
