Hi

Anyone using their MagSafe Duo to charge both their 13 Pro Max and Apple Watch Series 7? If so, do you find the lack of fast charging for the Watch to be a major issue? I have both the MagSafe puck and the Duo. I remain undecided.

Thanks.

I’m away on holiday and charging my series 4  Watch and iPhone 13Pro max. Not seeing any issues.

Thanks @akash.nu

I was wondering about the 13PM and the series 7 as well. I suspect it won’t be a problem except for the slower charging with the 7.

how do you use/charge the watch? I'm charging mine on my old S0 or S3 puck overnight and wear my S4 for sleep tracking, so charging speed is of no concern for me. If you use your S7 during the day AND for sleep tracking, I can see the advantage of fast charging. But what is your use case?

@jz0309

So far, I have not used the Watch for sleep tracking. I mainly use my series 7 for its fall detection ability. I use it for getting texts, blood oxygen, calls when not at my phone, exercise monitoring and telling time.

So far I have not done sleep tracking, but for two times since 1919 and found it confusing. I don’t want to say I will never do sleep tracking, but so far have not. Thanks.

So you’re charging your watch overnight then? Why are you worried about the fast charging or the lack thereof then?

I guess I should only consider if I start to sleep track. Thanks so much.

Best brick to use would be 30w if you want fastest speed from Duo
