Why this hasn't been implemented in the app store is beyond me.
I don't want to an intuitive click-all buyer. Some apps I like to keep an eye out for some longer periods of time or wait until I can afford them.

This means half the time I enter the store, I forget which apps are actually worth buying the next time I am there.

I was thinking the same thing here.... that way you don't have to keep writing them down or going back and forth within itunes.....

I agree. This would be a great idea. Half the time its hard to find that app you were looking at earlier.

Yeah, it would be really useful if you could just add apps to your shopping cart like you can with music and videos. I tend to just write them down in their own sticky on my dashboard.

Or how about even something as simple as letting me open multiple separate iTunes Store windows?

How about just using the shopping cart on iTunes? And a Save For Later or a Queue from the iPhone/iPod Touch.

For some unknown reason, apps cannot be added to the shopping cart.

No that would be rubbish, pointless and clutter everything up. Plus it has nothing to do with the original post.

A 'wish list' is a great idea and would be extremely simple to implement.

I've been using notepad to write down a list of apps I'd like to look at again before buying.
