iPod touch Anyone want any icons made?

I'm looking for something to do on Photoshop, and I figured I might as well make whatever I'm doing useful. If anyone wants something made (a carrier icon, background, icons, etc.) just tell me how you want it to look and I'll give it a try.

Ive been attempting to make a carrier icon for myself, but I am severely lacking in Photoshop skills.

Would you be willing to make a plain text carrier icon of the word Burton?

It is my last name, and thought it might be another way to identify it if it was ever stole.

I would greatly appreciate it.

Again, I'd use the next one, though-- the first is just how it looks on a black bacground.

I attempted to make the one you gave me black but i failed miserably, you dont think you can make a black one could you? Or better yet, make this one white?

1) you have to have a black one and a white one (or one to go on a black background and one to go on a white background)
2) Take the one that is black and name it "name-1.png" and name the white one "name.png"
3) SSH into your iphone or ipod touch, go to library (i think) or just find customize and go into the carrier logos folder, make your own folder called whatever your pics name is and put your "name-1.png" and "name.png" into the folder, reboot your iphone or ipod touch and it should be there under customize's carrier logos

can. you pleaseeeeeee make a theme based on. the football/soccer team AC milan. i have been. looking on. all sports touch and iphone sites cant find one i definatly cant ever make one

Can you change the fill of the battery image while charging.
It is currently green, but as I have already changed my header battery fill to blue, I would like it to match.

I'll start working on the AC Milan theme, do you just want me to make icons (like small goalposts, soccer balls) or do you have certain things in mind for icons? Tell me what programs you use and some ideas you have, and I'll start making them-- I really can't think of more than three things that I can make into icons that apply to soccer.

If anyone can link the green battery, I can make a blue one (I don't have a link atm). Oh, I decided to make a red battery set (I changed the border colors, too) if anyone wants. I don't use it myself, so tell me if it doesn't work for some reason (I had problems trying to use some other things on Customize).

I can't SFTP into my Touch at home, I don't have Wi-Fi. I can only SFTP in when I'm at school, sadly. 🙁

Customize additions (Header Battery Images, Wi-Fi signal images, Calculator Images, Lock Images, Slider Images, etc.) go into var/root/Library/Customize. Once you get there, you will see there are folders for everything-- AlarmImages, BatteryImages, etc.-- just open up the applicable folder and create a new one and drop your icons there.

Background images (wallpaper), icons, Dock Images, and the Header Strip (what the battery header icon, the play icon, your iPod symbol, time, and Wi-Fi signals sit on) are placed into var/root/Library/SummerBoard and then within a new folder. Once you make the new folder in that directory, you would drop your "Dock.png" and "Wallpaper.png" files directly into the folder, while making a new folder named "Icons" in the folder to place all the icons. All of the icons need to be named according to their exact application names, so MusicQuiz shouldn't have a space.

Try hosting the picture on RAR Host.com (you would have to archive it into a .rar file first) and I can see what I can do with it.

Footballwallpapers.com won't let me view any of their pictures, sorry. It just spams me with the "you're stealing our bandwidth, bastard!" text.

For any of the head icons, just tell me if you want me to round the edges off (the bottom left corner's collar on all of them). I can just smooth it down to a curve, or I can make it fade into a transparency-- if you prefer those.

To change your icons, you will need the folder inside var/root/Library/Summerboard/Themes to look like this:

Remember, you have to have Summerboard installed. Once it is, access Summerboard on your Touch, go to Themes, click on yours, and click "Restart SpringBoard".

Once installed, select all of the files, right click, and click "Add to ___.rar". It will make a .rar file in the same folder.
