Anyone who ordered from Verizon

    There's a growing thread on Verizon's forums chronicling the discontent of people who ordered iPad 2s from Verizon (both online and through stores) on Day 1, and who were assured of immediate shipment and 2 day delivery, but who still don't so much as have a tracking number. Verizon is telling people (like me) who ordered on Day 1 that delivery is currently 3-4 weeks for those orders.

    Has ANYONE here on macrumors forums ordered from Verizon and received their shipment? Does anyone at least have a tracking number? Verizon is giving no information about these orders, and any help from this community is appreciated! Thanks, all.

    For what it's worth

    I didn't order until 3/16. Ordered through Verizon's toll free number. There was a typo in the shipping address, so had to call them back to fix it. While chatting with CS rep to update address, asked what the word was on shipping. Was told that the reps were being told Apple's estimate of 4-5 weeks was "conservative" and they expected pending orders would ship 1.5 - 2 weeks.

    Again - just from a conversation with a CS rep.
