Anyone who actually use's nightshift on the mac?

on iphone it comes turned on by default i think on the mac it comes default turned off.

I use it all the time with my M1 Mini and display. Because it's too many steps to adjust the display's brightness via the display's menus, I find it easier to manage it by using Night Shift.

I do have night shift active on my iMac. I like it just fine.
