OP for some reason cannot install a VM and install Windows. Claims slow internet speeds.
I can do it for free, however I will need my flights and hotel paid for and the perfect time for me would be the weekend of the 20th September.

I will do it if you pay to ship it to Michigan. I have a good history on this forum and have jailbroken both my iPad Air 2 and iPod Touch 5th gen. I have multiple Windows machines, so it shouldn't be a problem.

How would we know that? To us, you are someone who just joined, likely after seeing this thread in hopes of getting someone to ship you an iPhone. We have no idea what your professional career is or what sort of eBay feedback you have.

you're expecting everybody to just trust you based on a few words coming from a new account. It is normal to be skeptical. For you to be dismissive of that is an interesting response.
