Anyone with an Android device on Cricket?

I bought an ATT Note 5 and it's like new but it came with Android 5.1.1. Can someone tell me how to update it to 6.0.1 without having to drive to a Samsung store inside of a Best Buy? This is just ****ing ridiculous man.

I think you have to have an Att sim card in it to trigger the update or you you should be able to use Samsung's desktop software to get the update

in the past, it was KIES. Not sure if that's still the case, but you might be able to dig around on Samsung support's website to find a downloadable update

Thanks dude. On Saturday I ended up going to Best Buy to the Samsung booth and they updated it for me. But I'll play with this app and see what it does.
