Anybody’s iPhone left China yet or has anyone gotten the shipping email from Apple? My track by reference shows a depart but then a real quick origin scan back in China, seeming like it hasn’t left yet. Just wondering when they’ll leave China.

Not an expert but I suspect import duties are due when the phone crosses US customs. So I’m not surprised mine is still in China. With the total value of all the iPhones even one day’s interest is significant. I guess they will move at the last possible day to make 3 Nov deliveries

Think Monday or Tuesday departure with plenty of time to make Friday here in the USA with stops in Anchorage and Lexington ( UPS Worldport Hub) for Central, Eastern Time and most of Mountain time-zone. Pacific gets to skip Worldport for the most part.
Import scan is usually done in Lexington and early arrival shipments held until Thursday evening / very early Friday morning for the route and ship dance.
