My series 3 Apple Watch and today decided it’s not going to raise to wake or track any of my movements, so no calories or steps etc. I’ve got no damage to the watch. I have reset it back to factory setting, I’ve also checked all the settings to see if somethings been knocked off somehow but nothing.

Anyone got any ideas please??

Yes it’s on the latest update. It’s still not working. I’ve googled it and followed the instructions that it offers but still nothing.

Have you tried un-pair/re-pair? Some have had success with that solving oddball issues.
Can you get to an Apple Store. Sometimes they can help.

Yes I tried all that. I’ve just got off the phone to apple, they ran a diagnostic on the way and have found the sensors have failed! Going to have to see if I can use consumer law now as it’s over 12 months old.

Thanks for everyone’s help
