Anyway for Apple to tell?

Is there anyway for Apple to tell I have taken out the screws and lifted the over off the current gen MacBook Pros? ie. 15"

Even if they could tell, that shouldn't void your warranty because its provided on Apple's website on how to add some memory.

nope, don't worry. A few weeks ago my HDD crashed on my mac. They replaced the HDD for free(I was covered), and even replaced the screws that I was missing on the bottom.
