On your Mac? Just go to Spotlight in the upper right corner of the screen and type in keychain.

I don't think there is a "keychain" equivalent in iOS. If it is, it's probably not accessible like it is in OS X.

Yep, you're right. I thought he meant on OS X. There is now way to see or edit that stuff in iOS. Maybe in the jailbreak world, but I don't know anything about that.
