Anyway to Browse iPhone from Finder?

    There used to be netatalk, but that no longer exists.

    Anyway to browse the file system without needing a separate program?

    Nope. To browse it from Finder a separate program is a must. I recommend PhoneDisk.

    I use Cyberduck. I like it better than DiskAid or other programs cus it's wireless and can use Bonjour. I was hoping for something integrated in Finder :(. Oh well

    Did you even look at PhoneDisk? It integrates into Finder as well.

    This looks intriguing. Does it work wirelessly or only over USB?

    Thanks for the suggestion. I like it better than DiskAid, too bad it can't integrate ssh as well.

    netatalk still exists, iPhone comes up as a shared device on Finder like another Mac, lets you browse the entire file system.

    ifunbox mac

    runs via usb over ssh
    lets you install ipa directly from within ifunbox

    Yep, installed it off cydia, then the iPhone just appeared in finder, entered my username and password and done, simple.

    Wow, you're right. I could've sworn Apple got rid of the tech in Snow Leopard. At least, thats what I saw everywhere I checked.

    Apple removed the sharing and browsing of older Mac OS 9 file shares in Snow Leopard.

    netatalk works fine. restart your phone after installing it and it will apear in finder. using it now with my 4s and ipad2
