I'm not.
Had to go for DFU + clean restore. Pulled the old backup via iTunes, so at least I got my old data back. Still on 3,9 GB, though. Scr3w you, Apple. This is my last iPhone.

Errr...I have deleted all the messages of my iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.2, what can I do to get them back?

- Make a backup in iTunes
- open iBackupBot
- go to the relevant backup
- hit Other Multimedia Files (you might have to click on the tab afterwards, in case it goes straight to camera roll instead)
- sort by filename by clicking the Filename tab
- go to MediaDomain/Library/SMS/Attachments and highlight all of them.

Now you can delete them all by right-clicking and choosing delete (you might want to export them first, up to you), close iBackupBot and restore to backup in iTunes.

Tadaa! Space recovered, texts/SMS/messages (whatever you call them) still there!

Actually, when i restore the backup in iTunes, it said that this backup has been corrupt or something. I can't restore it. Any solutions?
