Anyway To Get iPod Touch Home Screen Horizontal Like iPad?

You know how the iPad when horizontal the apps turn to accomodate the position? I'd love to be able to do that with the iPod touch...anyone know how?
 
I think there is a Cydia tweak called SBRotator that allows you to do just that but you need to be jailbroken. Hope this helped.
