My mom accidentally downloaded (dont ask me how) the Safari 3 beta and it keeps crashing. Is there any way to get Safari 2 back? Thanks

Mount the Safari 3 Beta DMG. Double-click on "Safari3Betauninstall.pkg". That should return you to version 2.
As for beta 3 crashing - check Software Update and see if you have the latest beta version (3.0.3). It seems at least (if not more) solid than version 2.
