Anyway to revert the finder behavior?

19,1 iMac, Sequoia 15.0.1: when I drag a window up to the top of screen, now it explodes full screen. Is there a way to turn this behavior off?
 
Uncheck whatever is needed here, System Settings > Desktop & Dock:
