So I picked up my series 7 and I cannot get the always on display to stay on? I have the setting switched to on what am I missing? I am coming from a series 4 so I do not have any experience with the AOD. Thanks!

Swipe up from the bottom and make sure you don't accidentally have theater mode or DND turned on.
Is it on your wrist? The display does not stay on if it isn’t on your wrist
and I know it seems like a weird question but I have seen a lot of people not realize it doesn’t stay on when it’s off the wrist and they think it’s messed up

I googled n it suggest turning wrist detection off to see if it resolves the problem n if not they recommend to unpaired n pair again n if that doesn’t work then it’s prob a hardware problem.
