Is it on your wrist? The display does not stay on if it isn’t on your wristSo I picked up my series 7 and I cannot get the always on display to stay on? I have the setting switched to on what am I missing? I am coming from a series 4 so I do not have any experience with the AOD. Thanks!

and I know it seems like a weird question but I have seen a lot of people not realize it doesn’t stay on when it’s off the wrist and they think it’s messed up
did u try restarting the watch?Yes it’s on the wrist.
I googled n it suggest turning wrist detection off to see if it resolves the problem n if not they recommend to unpaired n pair again n if that doesn’t work then it’s prob a hardware problem.I did
Will doI would set up the watch from fresh and if it still doesn’t work then I think you better give Apple a call
