AP Mobile 4.0 update

Yesterday I noticed that one of the updates I had in the app store was for the AP Mobile app. But last night when I when to install the updates, I noticed that the update had been pulled, along with the app itself. Anyone have any ideas why?

I got the update before it was pulled. The design is drastically different. Not sure why they pulled it. Interesting???

Have you noticed any major problems with it? That's the only reason I can come up with, that an app would be pulled.

I was able to get the update before it was pulled. I noticed no issues reading anything on the front page, but every time I attempted to read an article from the local news, the app would crash. I checked reviews before the app was pulled as well, and many people were reporting crashes. My guess is that is why it was pulled.

Thanks for the response. Hopefully they can fix these crashes soon, and re-post the app.

Just tried a local news article and it crashed. That must be the problem.

AP Mobile app (4.0.1) is back in the App Store with a bug fix & a warning. Here's the warning:

Your saved stories from earlier versions will NOT be transferred over to the latest version of AP Mobile. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hmm, the new update is still buggy for me.
