Bookshop!
So i have found out how to host my website from home via Apache.
how do i get it to work on computers off of my network?

Your home network: You should be able to access your server by typing in your Mac's internal IP; i.e. 192.168.x.x/~your_username

From a remote location: You will need the public IP that your ISP gives you. You can check this in System Preferences, under Networking.

You can check your internal IP through the Network preference pane as well.
