I have installed apache via Installer.app, and I've been playing around with it a little bit. Does anyone know of any cool easy to install uses for this?

One use can be to read BIG PDFs on the IPT.

You can put them into the Library/WebServer/Documents/ folder, then point Safari to Apache by entering the IP address of your IPT, just like
http://192.168.1.100/mydoc.pdf

HOWEVER, be warned I tried it with a 8.5MB PDF, and it severely impacted my IPT. I had to reload the OS through iTunes, then go again through the jailbreak process.
I got a "low memory" error when dropping the PDF into that folder, but ignored it. Safari opened the file perfectly, but next time I restarted the IPT, the Springboard screen was blank (just the icons on the top row)... More to investigate

i use it to read ebooks...
just load html docs and keep them on my Touch.
The advantage over ebook reader is that i can read in a landscape orientation. Also, i still can't work out how to make my own ebooks for use with Book reader...
