Aperture 3 Help?

Hi, is it possible to replace sky using Aperture 3? I like to replace the sky in some photos to nice blue sky with fluffy white clouds. I currently use PSP 12 for this on the PC. I am hoping to get an iMac 27" shortly with Aperture 3 but cant find and tutorial for this type of work.
