Aperture 3 Spell check always enabled, how?

I just discovered that Aperture 3 now has spelling and grammar checking in text fields, however they do not stay enabled every time Aperture is relaunched. Has anyone found a way that they do?

Spell check is not sticky. You have to turn it on every time you launch Aperture.
