Aperture on PB/MBP

Hey guys, I'm just wondering,

does anyone use Aperture 2 on a PowerBook 1.5ghz?
Coz mine is very very slow.

It works but there's no way that I could work with this.

And also, if anyone's using it on a MBP, can you tell me how well it works?
Because I'd get an iMac if it doesn't work all that smooth on a MBP.
