Aperture question - why is metadata on iPhone pics NOT the date taken?

Aperture shows the correct date taken for me (below). Are you sure the date on your phone is correct?

for one set of pictures, the date on exif data on phone is NOT correct ..

is it the same year, are they off by the same amount, did you edit/save them or alter them after taking them? open and save from another program?

Hmmm... that's odd. I know there are some Aperture import options where you can change dates. I have not used the option, so I am not real familiar with it, but I'm wondering if you enabled that for the one set?
