and Windows 10 is really very stable
Apart from catastrophic updates such as the recent KB4524244 that MS eventually pulled after numerous reports of users getting BSOD's, boot failures and data loss of Desktop files?
And who can forget Windows 1809 - another major release that also came with the added feature of wiping out all the personal data, despite numerous beta bug reports stating this was happening?
But wait, there's more. The January 2018 updates that MS released in response to Spectre and Meltdown resulted in PCs with AMD chips now no longer able to reboot.
And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Previous hits have involved Sophos Endpoint protected PCS refusing to boot, or numerous times patches would constantly fail to install due to some archaic dependency...
Is OSX bug free? The hell it isn't. Are there issues with it? If course there are and Apple need to get serious and fix them.
That said, Windows 10 is not the pinnacle of excellence you seem to pretend it is. And anyone who's not wearing rose tinted glasses and who manages Windows 10 will be unhappily be able to attest to.
