Apogee Duet Kernel Panic

Just got an apogee duet and used the latest drivers from their site.
I changed the sample rate from 41 to 48 then shut down my pc to plug in maschine and when I restarted I got the multi language kernel panic=/

Now I am not sure if it is the duet or OS x conflicting with maestro or just the fact I changed the sample rate.
