App download for older models

So since apple is stopping support for 32 bit apps will a iPhone 4 not be able too download apps anymore

Aren't there are plenty 32-bit apps at this point and likely will be there for a while still? Also, keep in mind, even the 4s, 5, and 5c aren't running on 64-bit architecture, and those are still getting iOS updates.
