App Download Issue in iOS 8

I had an issue syncing music to my iPhone 6. I used this fix:https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1786762/

Since then, iTunes syncing works fine, but I have not been able to download apps from the App Store on my phone. If I click the price or the download button for those apps I've already purchased, the icon just spins, and it does not start downloading. I've changed wi-fi networks, turned wi-fi on and off, and restarted my phone. Apps do sync when I do it through it Tunes.

Any thoughts?

I've been having the same issue. Now it won't even show updates in the App Store!
