App for automatically getting dark themes of websites?

Hi guys,

So there are websites like MacRumors which automatically change to a dark theme when you have Dark Mode enabled. That's so awesome. I wish more websites would implement something like this.

Then there are websites like YouTube or Reddit which have a toggle to turn on Dark Mode but you have to do it manually.

My question is if there is an app or a Safari extension which automatically toggles this setting according to the mode you have activated in macOS at the time you visit the website. If something like this would exist that would be great.
