App for battery usage

I have an android app for my Samsung phone that shows how much battery is consumed by the screen, wifi and each individual app.

Is there a similar app for the new iPad?

Nothing like that exists for the iPad because the APIs for it do not exist and because those types of apps are very inaccurate.
