App for Call & Text Management

    Hi, I was wondering if there is an app for the iPhone for Call & Text Management. Something like it could filter all wanted and unwanted SMS messages and even calls.

    Thanks in advance.

    BTW, I'm using an iPhone 3G, unbroken and locked.

    It can't be done with "regular" AppStore apps. :(
