App for changing speed of an audio sample

I'm making what some could call a 'remix', and I need an application which could change the speed of a sample by a given percentage - preferably a universal binary. Any ideas?

I like Recycle..not sure about the intel compatibility.

Might give it a go - it says it runs quite well even if it is running in Rosetta
