Yes mate there are a few.

The best is Jaadu but its expensive:

Doesnt work as nicely as Jaadu but still good.


You will need a VNC server for your pc/mac. I would recommend UltraVNC for PC:

I would recommend Chicken of VNC for mac:

I use rowmote also. Love it!

If I want to actually look at my screen while I'm away from home I use LogMeIn. Very easy set up.

I've used Jaadu before and love it, but it can be difficult to install and troubleshoot if you don't know what you're doing. They do have very detailed instructions though.
