App for Mac OS and iphone for syncing pdf notes

Is it any chm (and||or) pdf reader which allows you to places notes of the books you're reading, highlight and so... and later to be able to sync that books and notes between you're desktop mac and iphone?.

Take a look at "neu.Annotate+". That and a Dropbox account would give you instant syncing. Also works via iTunes file sharing.

I'm using calibre for organizing ebooks... and later do annotations with Skim for example... that program reads Skim's annotations?
