Is there an app similar to handbrake on the iPad?

My 5 year old mac mini is not upto the task of runningn handbrake. Hence, I am looking to transcode on my iPad.

I.e. convert avi/mpg/mkv files to iPad format(mp4/m4v)

I'm not interested in Cydia apps as my iPad is not jailbroken.

I have an iPad1,1 running iOS 5.0.1
