App icon missing in Utilities folder (Daisy Disk)

So I recently moved my Daisy Disk icon into my Utilities folder and it has seemed to disappear in there. If I search for it in Finder or Alfred it shows and its path shows correct, Application->Utilities->DaisyDisk, and I can open it and use it that way but the icon is missing for some odd reason. Does anyone know why this would happen? Just an FYI if I move it back into the applications folder it reappears, I honestly don't mind that the icon is missing as I launch my apps through Alfred but it's just annoying me at this point.

what do you see if you run

ls /Applications/Utilities

from the Terminal app?

Does the Daisy Disk app appear when you change your Utilities folder to List view?

User installed apps are in /Applications/Utilities/ while system utilities are in /System/Applications/Utilities/
