Works just fine on my iPad but not on the iPhone 6s Plus. On the phone pressing the icon just brings up menus of things to do, no jiggle and small "x" in the corner. Any help would be appreciated.

Just (lightly) tap and hold on the 6s Plus instead of pressing down (which activates 3D Touch).
