App icons re-arranging themselves after phone switches off?

I've only downloaded iBooks thus far, and put it in the Utilities folder on page 1.

Twice now, when my phone's battery died completely and I put it on charge, iBooks moves back to page 2 when it switches on again.

Anyone else noticed this?
