App installation problems..

I've used the app store with no problem at all. I would just simply tap install, and it installs, but now it's not working.. When I tap install, it would begin to install, but it would just disappear.. I have no idea what to do. I've tried force quitting the app store, logging out and logging back in, soft resetting the phone, and reinstalling all of the apps from iTunes, but nothing. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks!

Try downloading the app over WiFi.

WiFi is all I have. I don't have a data plan for my iPhone.

I haven't.. I really didn't want to but if it's necessary, I will.
