iOS App Lagging After Converting To StoryBoard

My App is an app that uses linea pro, thats gonna be a tab bar app, but since i converted to storyboard mode (since adding navigation controllers are much simpler this way) it starts to lag incredibly at the start of the app and after the first cardswipe or barcode scan.


i did not enable ARC, is that why its lagging?

No, have you tried profiling the app? What is our definition of lagging?

u mean provisioning profiling? than yes i have,


it lags like it doesn't respond, for like couple minutes.

Not provisioning. As in instruments. This could be a few things, it could be something hanging the main thread or it could be fps lag.

Considering you mentioned provisioning profile I take it you have a device?

yes i do, the latest touch 8gb.
